What you can license
Holoceive SDK provides image and 3D object tracking software for integration into your application. We assess your target objects, devices and deployment requirements before issuing a written quote.
Digital product and delivery
The purchase is a license to the Holoceive SDK tracking engine for integration into your application. The written order identifies the SDK binary or library, version, installation materials, license activation method and delivery date. Delivery is electronic, through the download or transfer method agreed in the order. The engine’s intellectual property remains with Holoceive; this is not a purchase of development hours or a commissioned application.
Your quote
Your quote specifies the licensed capabilities, SDK delivery format and version, supported platforms, applications or deployments, license term, total price and currency, delivery date, and included updates and support. Custom development is quoted separately.
From evaluation to purchase
Discuss your requirements, agree the evaluation and license scope, then review the written order. We issue a payment link only after both parties agree the order and the payment service is ready. Payment does not grant rights beyond the agreed license.
Renewal and delivery
No automatic renewal is enabled unless expressly agreed and disclosed before payment. The agreed delivery schedule and installation instructions are supplied with your order. Source code is not included unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Payment
Where an order is processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the merchant of record for that transaction and handles payment and applicable sales taxes. The checkout shows the amount and any applicable tax before you confirm payment. Bespoke app development, content production and physical goods are outside this SDK checkout.
