Terms of service
These terms describe the use of the Holoceive SDK website and the purchase of SDK licenses from Holoceive Inc.
Provider and scope
Holoceive SDK is developed by Holoceive Inc., business registration 228-87-02835, 9F #901, 212 Misa Gangbyeon-jungang-ro, Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do 12913, Republic of Korea. Contact: ceo@holoceive.com. These terms apply to this website and SDK orders that incorporate them.
Orders and license grant
A written quote or order must identify the product, price, permitted use, platforms, deployment scope, term, delivery schedule and support before payment. Subject to payment and the agreed order, Holoceive grants a non-exclusive license within that scope. No source-code ownership or intellectual property is transferred.
Ownership and permitted distribution
Holoceive and its licensors retain ownership of the SDK, tracking engine and related materials. Distribution of runtime components inside your application is permitted only as stated in the order. Standalone resale, sublicensing or distribution of the SDK is not permitted without written authorization. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
Evaluation and integration
Confirm suitability on your intended targets and devices before a commercial order. Supported features, environments and performance commitments are those agreed in writing; website examples do not guarantee performance for every object or device. You remain responsible for your application, its content and rights to materials you provide.
Payments and renewal
For transactions processed by Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record and its buyer terms govern the payment transaction. Review the price, taxes and billing terms at checkout. There is no automatic renewal unless expressly agreed and disclosed before payment.
Support, cancellation and refunds
Support and update coverage are specified in the order. Refund requests follow our Refund Policy, applicable Paddle terms and mandatory legal rights. After a full refund, use and distribution under the refunded license must stop, subject to any mandatory rights or separately agreed transition.
Changes and legal rights
The version supplied or linked at the time of the order applies to that order. Later website changes do not retroactively reduce agreed rights. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact ceo@holoceive.com to discuss any issue.
