How Holoceive handles information received through the Holoceive SDK website and SDK sales process.
Who is responsible

Information we collect
The inquiry form collects your company or contact name, email, project requirements, target platform, optional timeline, available materials and language. It also records an inquiry identifier, submission time, source category, landing page and a daily-derived IP hash for abuse prevention. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information in the inquiry form.
Usage data and browser storage
We count page views by day and page, rather than identifying individual visitors in that counter. Browser storage can retain language preferences and a short-lived source category and landing page for inquiries. The source capture and page counter respect the browser Do Not Track setting. Hosting providers may process connection data to deliver and secure the service.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to assess and respond to your request, prepare quotations and contracts, provide support, prevent abuse and understand how inquiries reach us. We do not sell inquiry information.
Service providers and payments
Cloudflare hosts the website and inquiry database. Resend sends inquiry notifications and administrative verification messages; inquiry notifications contain a reference and an administrator link rather than the project description. Google Workspace supports business correspondence. For purchases processed through Paddle, Paddle processes payment, buyer verification and applicable tax information under its own privacy notice. Our website does not collect raw card numbers. Providers may process information outside your country, subject to applicable legal requirements and contractual protections.
Retention and requests
We retain information only while needed for the inquiry, business relationship, security and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion at ceo@holoceive.com; identity verification and lawful retention exceptions may apply. This website notice does not replace a project-specific agreement covering customer application data or SDK telemetry.
